No - that price is per chimney on a standard residential home. Multi-chimney homes, multi-flue systems, and commercial properties are scoped on the call. We tell you the per-chimney total before we dispatch, and the credit-toward-service mechanic still applies.

No. The $89 inspection is the actual price for a single-chimney inspection on a standard home. Any sweep, cap, crown, liner, damper, or masonry work is quoted and approved by you before the tech starts. No surprise charges, no doorstep rewrites.

Yes - over the phone or by message. Tell us your Portsmouth ZIP, whether the fireplace is gas or wood, when it was last used, and any specific issue, and we'll give you a firm range. The $89 only applies if we send a technician out for a physical inspection.
